Anna Shchegoleva, Service designer at Stockholm
My name is Anna Shchegoleva and my way to service design was led by curiosity and a desire to combine my research and people skills with stratagy and structure. I want to contribute to simplified and joyful experiences that make our life better.
With time, experience and education my role as a marketing manager expended and I worked more and more with customer experience and service design projects. My favourite one so far is planing and conducting four Service Blueprint workshops to map and improve internal processes.
After I studied at Berghs Digital Design & Stratagy program I use a lot of skills gained from the corses like human-centered design, innovation, UX and UI. I started emplying a more holistic approach when working with branding and cusotmer experience to ensure a seamless experience starting from a webpage and going all the way through to the maintenance of our customer service.
I am a team person and I believe that being curious and open minded, challenging each other and building up trust are the keys to creating better products and services.

A concept landed on a update of a personal travel assistant app, Travis. The app will provide more different transportations together with environmental information like carbon footprint for each route.
